SORAsound Purchase Credit For ZYX Customers — 150% of Price Differential

SORAsound lowered its ZYX Co prices after being callously dropped in March 2009. There were new players in North America: a new ZYX distributor and dealers who were getting 50% discount, promoting new lines. In the last few weeks I have noticed losing more sale opportunities to the new crew. How could they meet my prices if I am selling at about 50% of their retail prices (i.e. dealer cost)?

It now appears that at least some ZYX dealers in North America now get 60% discount off of ZYX North American retail prices. As a result, we may have to lower some of our prices even more. This is an interesting phenomena. The same people who want SORAsound out of market beat our prices and are making it difficult for us to sell our inventory, hence keeping SORAsound longer in the playing field.

But this is the beauty of a free market. I love it. Let us all see how the great process of market efficiency works itself out.

The good news is that as a SORAsound customer you are always the king (or the queen if you so please). SORAsound does its best to treat you fairly. If anytime in 2009 you paid more for the purchase of your ZYX cartridges than our current sales prices, we give you 150% of the differential as credit, to be used towards the purchase of most our (non-ZYX) products during 2010, retailing at least twice the differential.

Right before SORAsound was dropped, a customer bought a ZYX R100 Yatra paying $100 over SORAsound prices for ZYX Yatra. This person will get $150 credit towards purchase of certain products from SORAsound, retailing at least $300. If someone purchased an item that got discounted for $500 after SORAsound was dropped, he will get $750 credit towards purchase of an item retailing at least $1,500.
